GREGORY MORGAN
Executive Creative Director
Greg is co-founder of Astronauts + Poets and a seasoned Executive Creative Director with more than 35 years of experience building brands and creating design experiences for Fortune 100 and 500 companies around the world. Leading design and strategy at the studio, he has a deep passion for the visceral details of design—and how typography, image, material, space and story come together to create something that connects on an emotional level.
At the heart of Greg’s approach is an ability to uncover the real challenge behind a project, distill complexity and translate it into design that communicates with both impact and empathy. He believes the strongest ideas are often the clearest ones, and has built a career around transforming complex business challenges into simple, memorable expressions that move audiences and build meaningful connections between people and brands.
Away from the studio, Greg is an avid collector of electronic, reggae, dub and new wave vinyl, along with 20th-century design, art and cultural history books. He’s also been known to occasionally step behind the turntables as a DJ—another place where his obsession with detail comes into play.
KRISTIN ROBINSON
Art & Production Director
Kristin is co-founder of Astronauts + Poets and a multidisciplinary designer, illustrator and creative leader with more than 21 years of experience bringing ideas to life across design, publishing, film and live events. She leads design production at the studio, as well as the creation and creative direction of all motion design.
Her expertise lies in her expressive attention to details paired figuring things out. Whether through technology, past experience, experimentation or sheer creativity, Kristin has a talent for finding solutions and making ambitious ideas happen. She brings an empathetic, human approach to the work, understanding that the smallest details can often have the greatest impact.
At the center of Kristin’s creative philosophy is a love of bringing people together and harnessing the energy of a memorable, joyful experience. That same curiosity extends well beyond the studio, where she spends her time making art, exploring photography, traveling and continually seeking out new experiences and inspiration. The room always feels a little more love when Kristin is in it.

We like to go inside—to the heart of an idea, where we find something thoughtful, electric and worth expressing.
Then we go outside—beyond conventions, categories and expected ways of doing things—to discover new ways to make, build and tell stories.
